Believing In The Importance of Reading and Cultural Awareness in the Arab World

Hend Sabry Releases #Kotobjeya on Her Social Media Accountss

Tunisian Star Hend Sabry expressed her passion for reading and always keeping up to date with international literature through the hashtag she has released on her different social media accounts named, #Kotobjeya. The hashtag is an initiative for sharing whatever Sabry and her followers read, in an attempt to open other channels for communication by starting a book club on her social media accounts to strengthen reading culture and increase interaction between her and readers.

Sabry expressed this by posting on her official Facebook page saying, "because I love reading and I like sharing what I read with my loved ones and I also like them to share what they read, I thought of starting the #Kotobjeya through my pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to discuss the books that we read together, share excerpts from them, and exchange knowledge with each other. Share with me in the comments the title of the book you are reading these days."

And this makes Hend Sabry one of the Arab actresses who bring awareness to the importance of literature, and encourage readers in the Arab world to gain more general and cultural knowledge. And that is because Sabry believes in the importance of reading in learning, investing time and broadening perceptions, plus supporting an aspect that is unfortunately neglected in Arab countries.
